Days 4 and 5

This post is a two for since I am a day behind. Looking to getting past the first week and then just weekly updates and pictures!

Thursday was our first day at home. Daddy had to go back to work so it was a day at home with Grandma and Grandpa. After having a pretty good first night at home, we work up at 9:30am to snow flurries! This was grandma's first time seeing real snow, the trip and almost two week wait for baby C had something to show (besides a baby). The day was pretty much a blur and flew by fast, I just remember it being close to 5pm and F getting home from work! From what I remember from last time the days seem to just fly by and the mornings are non existent until you get started for the day!

Friday was an "ice/snow day" with not much snow or ice. We work up for the 6am feeding with a text from J's school saying they were closed for the day. All I could think of was "oh great" and the two year old being home ALL day form school! Daddy got to work from home too as his office was closed. I have to say the day was much better than I imagined it would be and J was a great help and big sister. She even picked up the phrase "'I'm working on email" (which she constantly now says) when she asked daddy what he was doing and that was his reply. She gets her pink Minnie Mouse computer and "works on email" many times throughout the day! C had a weight check at the doctor in the afternoon and dropped a little more weight. With her four span she is going we were told to go ahead and increase her bottles to 3 ounces to see if she puts on some weight before her two week check-up on the 20th. Hopefully she does and we don't have to revert back to three hour feedings, starting off at four hours has been nice!

Here are pictures from day 4 and day 5.
