To get ready to leave the house with a newborn? Tuesday morning we had our first visit to the pediatrician's office for a weight and jaundice check. For our first time leaving the house I think we did pretty well and actually got to the office on time (we had a little mix-up on the address but eventually found it!). No need to worry about jaundice, little J is nice and pink in color, her Aunt F says that she is a real life pink baby doll. She also gained 0.8 ounces and is now up to 6 pounds, 1.8 ounces, she only lost 4% of her birth weight. Back on the 15th for her two week check-up.
