Week 22

It was another uneventful week, other than the fact that she turned 5 months old! Where has the time gone? Her newborns days are starting to become a distant memory and it's hard to remember how tiny she once was. Do I miss the newborn days, some, but she is at a much more fun age now where she is interacting with us. It truly is amazing to watch her develop and learn, she is already too big for her britches!

Miss J is now an expert at rolling over. She is all over the floor and her crib, though she has yet to fully roll over all the way in her crib. She is also starting to scoot pretty well and is pushing up well on her arms. There might be some starting to crawl in the near future! I think it is time for the play mat and swing to get put away, we don't seem to be using them much anymore and declutter the house a little! She has also started to become more interested in Ginger. She is reaching for her when she is sitting next to us on the couch and goes straight for the ears! We are starting the "nice puppy" ritual already!

Here are pictures from the week. You will notice in the pics that her hair has been growing. At this rate we might be able for a real bow (without the headband) by the time she is ONE!
