He's back

If you recall from last year, Bert is our elf. We started talking him up again yesterday to J and found out instantly she wasn't keen on him coming to watch her, he is going to be our bribing tool from now until Christmas to make the three year old behave! Well Bert appeared this morning with a note to J and C. J immediately noticed him and was afraid to approach him. We read the note before school and then when she got to school she told her teachers about him. When we got home she said he was pretend and that he didn't talk to her. I had to explain to her again why he is here and what he does for Santa and that he is not pretend. Before bed we read the elf book and told him about J's day, she was on the nice list today :) She told me that he would be hiding under the table in the morning, let's see where he ends up each day, we need to be a little more creative than we were last year, she is three now!

Bert's last day with us before he heads to help Santa deliver toys. Have the girls been naughty or nice?

Mommy and daddy were out of town for a few days and Grandma and Grandpa took over Bert duty.
