Week 27

This was another week of being an only child. Better watch out or someone is going to get used to having mommy and daddy's attention all to herself! While it's been so much easier with one kid we have been busy carting this little one all over creation. Miss C has no problem napping or eating on the go as we carted her around all weekend running errands to restock the household supplies and enjoy some last meals out without a two year old!

On the menu this week were some new foods, strawberries which she loved, mixed veggies that she was pretty fond of, and green beans that got the "do I really have to eat these" look both nights she had them. In all someone is a great little eater and packing on the pounds (daddy had Miss C to the doctor for eczema and she is almost up to 17 pounds!).

We are still swimming when on tummy time, no signs of crawling yet. I'm not in a hurry for her to be mobile although she is already scooting around the bathroom in her mustang! Sitting up is going well and someone has gotten to enjoy her fair share of Baby Einsteins (and it is definitely baby crack and addictive for a 6 month old) while J is gone. She has also recently become interested in the remotes and our phones, go figure, #growingupwithelectronics.
